Yes you might be right there, I guess this is ultimately just a technique that may help bring some quiet to the mind, perhaps it is better to just be more aware of everything that occurs in the mind and become a watchful observer instead.

The arising of thought - sounds very much of what Krishnamurti talks about, and also having a still mind. I am not certain whether something new can come about when you are intentionally stilling the mind, as this action is also from the mind??

This is my first visit to your site. I'm finding it is full of wonderful information. I see you've been at it a few years now. I'm not exactly sure what "no spam" includes. I'm looking to connnect with other like minded blogs...mine is brand new and quite frankly I'm overwhelmed with all the learning just to get it running. The tech end is all brand new to me.

I share your views in many areas and would appreciate contact. I'm trying to figure out where your rss feed is. I'll get it before I leave your site. So please feel free to contact me if you have any spare time or inclination. I need to connect. Thanks for your free ebook, I'm going to read it now, (after your rss feed/subscribe.

Excellent topics covered. Really all these details are often ignored or misjudged in our lives that together they tend to pile up and create many little problems which ultimately accumulate to be a juggernaut before us.
